midi instruction manual

I have just received my new Midi BUT have a problem there are no instructions of how to connect everything together!!! never had a sump before so dont know what i am doing - you had a manual for the mini is there not one for the midi? if so how can i get one in english?

I have now sent the tank up elos in england got me the instructions, the only problem i have is the noise of the overflow pipe, i am hoping this gets quieter over the next couple of weeks

The overflow has no need to be turned on... is always on...

That is not to turn on or off the overflow, but to adjust the flow.

If you have not, you have to ask the kit where you bought your system mini.

love this tank but do not love Elos france i have paid for the NS500 skimmer but received the NS100, emailed Elos france only to be told that they do not have them in stock until the 11th september, when they arrive they would send it straight away and for the inconvenience keep the NS100 fine - expect its now the 16/09/2010 still now skimmer not amused at all - i just feel it does nothing for the good name of Elos.

I think that an error can ever happen... and I think that Elos France was great if they leave you the NS100... but Elos Italy was closed two weeks during august, so I think that Elos France has requested the skimmer in Italy, but Italy has not sent to him.

Keep me up to date with your trouble.

But I think that the problem is not the error, but how the company can solve it.

its annoying me because the company (neoshop.neoquarium) that sends it out has marked on the site '1 in stock!!! does not makes sense why its not been sent to me! sorry to sound like this - but would just like everything in place and running.

On a different note can the return pump be made quieter ? can hear the hum in the room opposite the tank with doors closed.

I am in Italy Monday and I would make leave the NS 500 directly I am sorry for all these problems.
but he launching of MIDI is a little long, but we make really our possible.

emergency!!!! the Syncra return pump has stopped working!!!!!! i turned everything off to empty skimmer cup turned back on nothing is there something i need to do to start it back up again it just hums - i cant believe this why me HELP i do not have another pump to get it going

Take out the pump from the sump, open it, clean it up, and try if it works

done all that! still nothing, we have just got back from town with a new pump to keep everything going, - €82 that's just cost me, i am sending this one back to Elos

You are not so lucky in these days... aren't you?

It's the first time I hear of a total not functioning pump... and the Sicce are normally very good pumps...
